Grad Student Wins APA Prize

Graduate Student Tom Harter won the 2007 American Philosophical Association, Central Division, Outstanding Graduate Student Paper Prize.  This is the second year in a row that Tom has had a paper accepted to the APA Central Division and won this prize.  Congratulations Tom!
