Congratulations to graduate students and soon-to-be Drs. Woods Nash and Matt Deaton

Congratulations to graduate students and soon-to-be Drs. Woods Nash and Matt Deaton. Woods successfully defended his dissertation on Wittgenstein's idea that ethics involves a kind of aesthetic reasoning and the implications
of that idea for teaching bioethics. Matt successfully defended his dissertation assessing competing conceptions of the ideal of public reason and accompanying conceptions of civic virtue.
