Associate Professor Heather Douglas wins National Science Foundation Scholars Award

Associate Professor Heather Douglas has won a National Science Foundation Scholars Award to tackle difficult problem of how to weight evidence from different scientific disciplines in the formation of public policy. She is pursuing her work over the 2010-11 academic year as a visiting fellow at the Center for Philosophy of Science at the University of Pittsburgh. Congratulations Heather!
