Reidy Wins Berger Prize

Assistant Professor David Reidy's essay "Hate Crimes, Oppression and Legal Theory" in Public Affairs Quarterly has been awarded the American Philosophical Association's 2005 Berger Prize in Philosophy of Law. The prize is awarded by the Committee on Philosophy of Law to the best nominated essay published in 2002-2003. The paper will be featured at a special symposium at the APA Pacific Division Meeting next spring.
